Delivery dates are estimated for each listing and might differ based on the amount of orders. Delivery times will take longer during adverse weather conditions, in the weeks leading up to busy holiday periods, in pandemic situation, and strike. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as we have no control over the postal system. Please be patient. You may contact us for assistance about the shipping issues. Unfortunately, we apologize that refund is not offered due to shipping delay.
Customs and Import taxes
The recipient may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Care Instructions
General care instructions for different products are described as follows. You may also need to carefully read the specific care instructions guide or label that comes along with each product.
Bottle may be hand-washed only.
Embroidered hat may be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, it may be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes. It cannot be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
Each shirt, sweatshirt, or sports bra is made from different materials. Please refer to the care instructions label on it.
